This
sweet, smart dog has pretty much grown up in shelters, so it would
be such a treat for him to have a real home!
Please consider at least fostering him so he can learn what it’s
like to live in a home!
Meet CASPER the Friendly Dog.
Casper
- this gorgeous dog is really good with ladies, but is not
comfortable around men or children. He needs some work, patience
and training. He's good with a lot of big dogs - male and female
- but not as good with smaller dogs. All of us just love him as
he is really sweet with us. A single lady out there looking for
the "perfect man" might really appreciate Casper's company!
Casper is in HOUSTON, and happily anticipating going to a forever
home with someone who will love him for all his good qualities.
Casper's fur is as soft as a new fallen snow, and he is as
friendly as the ghost after who he was named. CASPER will
make someone a wonderful companion. Although a little shy at
first, he warms up quickly. He is smart, energetic, and
would make a great friend for someone who likes to take walks and
would give him lots of play time.
CASPER is current on his shots, has been neutered, and
microchipped. He is currently residing at a boarding facility and
would really love the opportunity to be in a foster home right
now.
He is so sweet and smart and eager to please.

NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good
with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our
experience with a particular dog and children. However
AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child
interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they
interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny,
lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have
a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so
proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child
and any pet.
