Dennis and Isabella 5-12-10
We'd like to tell you about Dennis and Isabella, who are best of friends and have been for about 5 years now. Dennis and Isabella came to us from another rescue group who had to shut down and they had been there for about 4 years, with no one ever wanting to take them home to a forever home. Dennis is a very big boy who is clutsy and very playful. He loves belly rubs and to just be close to his human and of course close to Isabella. You see Isabella does not get along with most other dogs, but she sure loves Dennis and he loves her. I guess when you've been best freinds for so long and lived in the same kennel, you just kind of learn each other very well. Both Dennis and Isabella do fine with the resident kitties and the foster mom says that's a plus for us. Although their foster mom loves them very much, she'd like to see them get adopted together since they do so well with each other. She thinks they'd miss each other if they were seperated. If you think that you would like to have a pair of great German Shepherds, then Dennis & Isabella are the pair for you. They'd really like to have a forever home to call their own. Can you find a place in your heart for 2 freinds who'd like to stay together? If you can then please fill out and application and put these friends as your interest.

Well, just as my foster mom was getting to know me better, I am off to training school for 6 weeks. My foster mom says I'm a really good girl and very low key. I am still a bit fussy over my food and my toys, but we are working on that. I'm a beautiful girl who loves being petted. If you're looking for an only companion and one that you can take for leisurely walks in the morning and evening and then the 2 of us just kind of hang out together then I'm your girl. Come visit me after I get back from school in mid February and I'll show you what a great girl I really am. Be seein ya!!

Hello my name is Issabella, but my foster mom calls me Izzy for short. She tells me I'm a really pretty girl and sweet. I currently am living with my friend Dennis who came into the rescue with me. We get along really well, but I just don't like him around my food.
I am really good with the boys, but I'd prefer to be the only girl in the house. My foster mom thinks I'd make a great only dog. I don't need any kitties in the house because I just really don't take too well to them. I love to chase the squirrels and will just sit and watch them up in the trees. I'm a very loving girl and would love to find my forever home. If you think that I might be the girl for you then please fill out an application and put me as the dog you are interested in. I'd love to make you a loving companion. As my foster mom gets to know more about me she'll update my bio, so check back soon.
I hope to see you soon, Izzy
NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
The entire biography of this dog is based solely upon our volunteers' experiences with the dog.
