Update 9/1/11

Sidni has finished her training, and would love to show you what a smart, sweet, calm girl she is! Her trainer is very proud of her progress. Come meet Sidni and let her show you what a wonderful companion she is!

Update 8/8/11

Hey, I'm going to school! I am learning to sit, stay, an all kinds of cool things! What a smart girl I am, too! I would love to show you how well I am doing. Please come meet me, and oh, yes, if you like me, and I know you will, I really would love to go to my forever home!

6/5/11

This lovely young lady will steal your heart! Sidni is about 2, appears to be housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and is fully vetted, HW- and ready to go to her forever home. She is a good sized girl and may weigh about 75-80 lbs when she gains some needed weight, as she is a bit thin right now. She loves human attention, but is calm and gentle, and corrects easily. Sidni has not been around other dogs much, so needs a little work on her social skills. She may bark at first, but that seems to be to get the other dogs attention so that she can smother them with kisses. What a sweet girl she is, and gorgeous, too! Sidni would love to find her very own home. Get your apps in fast, as she may not last long!

NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.

The entire biography of this dog is based solely upon our volunteers' experiences with the dog. The dog's age and weight are estimates, and statements about the health, temperament, training, and ability to get along with other animals, children, cats and other dogs, are estimated solely based on our volunteer's experiences with this dog. Your experiences with this dog may be quite different than those of our volunteers.
