Updates 11/1/12

Well, this lovely young lady is still in search of her forever home. She is a high energy girl, and would do best with plenty of exercise, like daily walks or even jogging with some guidance at first. She did very well with her training, but will need someone to work with her on her manners. She likes most other dogs, but does not have the best social skills when first meeting them. Sheeba wants to play, but gets so excited she might be overwheming to some dogs until they get used to her "puppish" antics. Won't you give this petite little girl a chance?

Update 5/2/12

Sheeba is now going to school! She is a student at an excellent training facility, and is doing great! What a good way to utilize that puppy energy. She is such a sweet girl, and loves to give kisses, and tries so hard to please. Sheeba is waiting for the perfect human to come along and take her to her forever home!

3/15/12

Meet new girl Sheeba, a sweet young thing in search of a forever home! She just loves everyone, and can be quite vocal at times. She has just been spayed, is current on shots, HW- and full of energy. We will update as we learn more about this lovely young lady!

NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.

The entire biography of this dog is based solely upon our volunteers' experiences with the dog. The dog's age and weight are estimates, and statements about the health, temperament, training, and ability to get along with other animals, children, cats and other dogs, are estimated solely based on our volunteer's experiences with this dog. Your experiences with this dog may be quite different than those of our volunteers.
