AGSDR, it's dogs past and present, and every family who has ever adopted from us
owes a huge debt to AGSDRs loyal and hardworking
volunteers and foster homes.

Without them...their commitment of time, money, love, and admiration they have for the German Shepherd Dog,
we could not continue the work that has been set before us.  We have an outstanding team of volunteers!

AGSDR would also like to give a huge THANK YOU to the following groups and individuals

for caring enough to help us in our mission to save many wonderful German Shepherd Dogs!

Please patronize these kind souls who truly help in our mission to save as many GSDs as we possibly can.

Feather & Fur Animal Hospital, 9125 Manchaca Rd. Austin, Texas 78748, 512-291-4000  -  Dr. Blatt and his staff came to the rescue of one of the dogs that had recently been taken in from the streets.  Greta  was days away from giving birth when she came in to our rescue.  After going in to labor and after producing three healthy puppies, she began having problems.  It was after hours and Greta's  foster mom was on the way to the ER Vet when she noticed Feather & Fur Animal Hospital still had their lights on.  The foster pulled in just as they were closing up, but Dr. Blatt and his staff jumped in to action and with their help, Greta and her two remaining puppies were saved.  We continue to use Dr. Blatt's services and we encourage you to as well.
Dr. Larry A. Keese, D.V.M., at Lake Parkway Animal Hospital, 18455 W. Lake Houston Pkwy, Suite 300, Humble-Atascocita, Texas 77346 - (218) 812-1355.
Dr. Keese didn't have to be asked twice to work with AGSR, and gives kind, loving, high-quality veterinary care to Houston-based foster dogs. Dr. Keese and his staff are warm and welcoming, and they carefully look after both the physical and mental well-being of their patients. AGSR is delighted to work with such a skilled and experienced Houston-based veterinarian, and encourages you to visit him with your own animal companions! A big THANKS and a tail wag to Dr. Keese and his staff for their caring veterinary services!

Trainers/Facilities:

Southern Star Ranch Boarding Kennel, LLC - The number of dogs life's that they have been a part of saving would be too numerous to list.  It seems that every time we're in a pinch and a dog is to be saved... and we do not have an available foster home... in steps Southern Star and their staff.... offering to board the dog for free until one comes available.  Sharon not only provides shelter, she feeds them, gives them the love and attention they need.  If they need obedience training, she'll put the effort in to work with the dog.  We would be at a loss with Sharon, Nancy and their staff.
See our wonderful dogs available for adoption at:  Twyla's Friends - Dogs Available for Adoption.  Texans in our area can help Twyla's Friends by designating us to be the charity organization on your Randall's card.  Our number is 957 and all you have to do is ask the cashier that your card be registered with that number--one time!  Randall's will donate 1% of your purchase to Twyla's Friends.  Thanks for helping us help them.
Bark N Bubbles. They helped us out by letting us bathe 11 flea ridden KATRINA dogs last night.... for FREE.  staying open for several hours late just for us! www.barknbubblestx.com
